hey everyone. Im going to be taking on heavy hitter Andre Winner, March 31, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Main event is Takanori Gomi vs. Kenny Florian. Back to Andre Winner though, he was on The Ultimate FIghter: US vs UK season. He became the runner up on the finale after battling fellow uk member ross pearson. I personally am a big fan of Andre's Striking style as his boxing is very polished. His professional record is 11-3-1 and he is coming off of a brutal knockout victory over Roli Delgado. To all of my friends, fans, and family in Georgia, its just a short ride to Charlotte, so be sure to make it if you can, as tickets are already on sale, and as of now its showing that the bout is not on the main card, although they are always subject to change. So go to ticketmaster and buy event tickets, the UFC doesnt make it to the southeast enough.

Hey everyone I just wanted to show some of the awesome artwork i bought from Trey Moseley. My brother had told me he was an insane artist as well as a photographer so i just had to check it out and see for myself. Needless to say I ended up leaving with two of his pieces. hey me and my brother Micah are in lake tahoe snowboarding. Yesterday was my first day and i had a blast. We got a private lesson with our instructor Seth who was really badass. We are boarding Heavenly yest, today , and tomorrow then going to kirkwood tuesday. I have video of me busting in an attempt to catch micah in action ill post it soon hahhaa. the best thing about this is that the only thing that you hurt is your butt from the falls. i knew Jiu Jitsu would come in handy.

just wanted to congratulate my friend Nick Diaz on becoming Strikeforce World Champion. He won by knockout in the very first round on the strikeforce card that aired on showtime last night. And American Top Team had two victories last night as well with Bobby Lashley winning on the main card and Hydar Hassan winning by knockout on the preliminary card. Go ATT and congrats to nick once again.

Just left hanging out with Nathan Diaz and Victor at the Living Room in Fort Lauderdale. I was showing them around south florida. Also joining us was Tracy Lee, Mike Brown(wec featherweight world champion), Thiago "pitbull"alves(UFC), Dan Cramer(UFC), King MO(Strikeforce contender), Denis Kang(pride/ufc vet), and John Hartnett(manager extraordanaire). We had a great time. Earlier in the week, i rolled with Nick Diaz whose fighting Marius Zaromskis on the main event on Strikeforce saturday night. watch it as he fights for the Strikeforce title. also my friend Herschel Walker is fighting , so tune in. thanks to all that have supported me, i had a tough fight last night after starting off smoothly dictating the striking and controlling the bout i was dropped with an overhand left, once i got back to the feet it stayed evenly matched thereafter engaging in the clinch with dirty boxing and knees. once being taken down dan went for my back and i reversed(something i do often) and got to the top position where i set up the inverted reverse triangle/kimura combination for the win as well as the submission of the night. thank you so much to my family at AMERICAN TOP TEAM, IHP, AND TAPOUT. those guys really helped me alot. photo courtesy of sherdog.com.

Hello Everyone. Just wanted to wish everyone happy holidays and Merry Christmas, Feliz Natal to all my Brazilian friends. This year I'm not having a traditional Christmas I usually have back home in Georgia with my friends and family. I decided to stay in Florida since I'm a week away from the fight and I didnt want to risk getting sick by going through airports and weather changes and flights etc. So it's just me and my bro here in south florida, our dad is here too but has to be on call, I'll probably end up going to see the Sherlock Holms at the theatre. As for anyone wondering if i got anything cool, hell yeah i did. Micah got me this old school Michaelangelo figurine, back when all the turtles had red headbands... i think bandai makes it or something and next to him is Antonio Minotauro Nogueira(one of my idols). I know im 25 and still am getting toys and action figures. What can i say, I know what i like. But happy holidays everyone see you in Las Vegas Jan 2nd. stay tuned for more.
