Hey everyone. I will be hosting a predominately INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED no gi grappling seminar at Rush MMA in Macon, Ga on Saturday, March 6th. This seminar is open to anyone(atlanta schools welcome). I'm doing this for the low price of $20 for non-rush members. It is $15 for Rush members and $5 for spectators.

This will be a 4 hour seminar with 3 hours of instruction(11am to 2pm) with training and critique at the end . All forms of payment accepted day of seminar. Pre Registration is available and is collected by Bubby Mitchell who can be contacted at (478)447-8707. Locals can bring form of payment to him or anyone can call with debit/credit card information and give to him over the phone. Payment may be mailed to Rush MMA 1055 riverside dr. Macon, Ga 31201. Checks made payable to Cole Miller Inc.

Pre-Regs receive Free autographed 8x10 and Team Miller(turtle) shirt.
